EVENT DETAILS

Where: Daiquiri Factory (Downtown Davenport) Middle of 3rd street

When: Friday, June 14th (night only) and Saturday, June 15th (8-4)

The bottom line is, we could NOT run this competition without our amazing sponsors. Our title sponsors are Orthopaedic Specialists (OS) and Unity Point (Trinity). Not only have they done an unbelievable job at helping us grow from inside our 4 walls to no walls (hehe!) they have been amazing to work with. The Doctors at OS are top-notch and truly care about their patients. Unity Point has only grown in the QC community over the past few years. They have taken it upon themselves to seek events they truly believe in to sponsor. We are lucky to be one of those events.

  • HUGE farmers market every Saturday morning (within walking distance to #SSG venue) Go south two blocks to river drive and 2 blocks West and you’ll run right into it)

  • Sooo many food options- Fancy breweries, low-key, and everything in between.

  • Run or walk the beautiful bike path that runs along the Mississippi

  • Figge Art Museum

  • Little Shops such as Theo and company

Parking
There is plenty of parking in and around 3rd street. Parking ramps and side street parking is everywhere. Be careful to not park in a tow zone. LOOK at the signs.

Standards

RX MEN

315 lb. deadlift, 225 lb. clean, 135 lb. thruster, 20 lb. WB, roughly 70 lb. KB & DB work, 30” box jumps, double-unders, HSPU/hand-walking, toes-to-bar, bar/ring muscle-ups, etc.  RX athletes should be prepared for anything.

RX WOMEN

205 lb. deadlift, 155 lb. clean, 95 lb. thruster, 14/20 lb. WB, roughly 50 lb. KB & DB work, 24” box jumps, double-unders, HSPU/hand-walking, toes-to-bar, bar/ring muscle-ups, etc. RX athletes should be prepared for anything.

INTERMEDIATE MEN

255 lb. deadlift, 185 lb. clean, 115 lb. thruster, 20 lb. WB, roughly 50 lb. KB & DB work, 24” box jumps, double-unders, toes-to-bar, pull-ups, etc.  We know athlete capabilities/technical skills range quite a bit in this division so we program with that in mind – if one partner can do everything listed and the other is close, sign up.

INTERMEDIATE WOMEN

155 lb. deadlift, 115 lb. clean, 75 lb. thruster, 14 lb. WB, roughly 25-35 lb. KB & DB work, 24” box jumps, double-unders, toes-to-bar, pull-ups, etc.  We know athlete capabilities/technical skills range quite a bit in this division so we program with that in mind – if one partner can do everything listed and the other is close, sign up.

SCALED MEN

185 lb. deadlift, 125 lb. clean, 95 lb. thruster, 14 lb. WB, roughly 35 lb. KB & DB work, 20” box jumps OR step-ups, singles, straight-ish leg raises (to 90 degrees), ring rows, etc.

SCALED WOMEN

125 lb. deadlift, 75 lb. clean, 55 lb. thruster, 10 lb. WB, roughly 20-25 lb. KB & DB work, 20” box jumps OR step-ups, singles, straight-ish leg raises (to 90 degrees), ring rows, etc.
